Scott Hauser (proprietor and lead realtor of ProRealty Anguilla) is a 40 year resident on island with Belonger status for the last 25 years having relocated to Anguilla in 1977 to assist in overseeing the construction of Anguilla’s first post revolution high end luxury hotel (Cinnamon Reef Resort). Subsequently he managed the hotel for 5 years then moved to Boston MA where he worked as an expediter on a high rise downtown Class A office building (75 State Street) for one year prior to enrolling in MIT where he earned a Masters Degree in Real Estate development. Upon returning to Anguilla and to his wife and daughter he began an on island entrepreneurial life with a number of high end brands including Xerox / FedEx / LavAzaa / Sotheby’s International Realty whereby he now focuses solely on real estate and art sales.
